I think it's a good sign that we are seeing investors come back into the real estate market. After the prices declined, the investors were sitting tight for a while. Many of them had inventory they wanted to sell before starting in a new project and this was taking longer and the profits were smaller. Those who've done it know that it is hard work but also exciting, creative and can be very profitable.
