Selling a home in Mendham

In Mendham Township they include smoke and septic certification. In Mendham Borough they include a smoke and sewer connection inspection. The newest requirement is a fire extinguisher be mounted on the kitchen wall in a specific area. Only certain extinguishers are accepted.
